Senior executives from big name brands will be sharing their visions of the retail future at the event

This year’s InternetRetailing Conference, which will be held on 10 October at the Business Design Centre in London, UK, will bring together senior executives from big name retailers to share their visions of the industry’s futurel, how they see their strategic initiatives translated into practice and how they are implementing new technology across the business.
Two such speakers are Zia Zareem-Slade, customer experience director at Fortnum & Mason, and Sienne Veit, digital director at John Lewis.
Zia Zareem-Slade dedicates her time to the brand experience of luxury department store Fortnum & Mason. Alongside other executives from adidas, Made.com and Alibaba Group, Zareem-Slade will share her thoughts on ‘Better together: Exploiting partnerships between retailers, brands, consumers and marketplaces.’ With extensive experience in creating multichannel experiences for many of the UK’s leading brands such as Selfridges and Virgin Atlantic, she aims to offer attendees a real insight into how to make the most of partnerships.
Sienne Veit has worked in e-commerce and building digital teams for over 20 years. She is responsible for the product development, optimisation, trading and operations of digital experiences at John Lewis. Veit will take part in a discussion on ‘Channel switching between offline and online: How to replicate the personal magic touch’, with fellow experts from luxury retailer Liberty London.
