Accenture, Microsoft and their joint venture Avanade are launching a new Copilot business transformation practice and co-investing in new capabilities, solutions and training to help organisations to securely and responsibly reinvent their business functions with artificial intelligence.

The Copilot business transformation practice will provide the technology and industry experience clients need help to expand their use of Copilot across their organisations.

The practice consists of 5,000 professionals from Accenture and Avande, supported by Microsoft product specialists who will work closely with the Accenture Center for Advanced AI. The firms will collaborate on AI and Copilot agent templates, extensions, plugins and connectors to help organisations leverage their data to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.

Clients will also have access to specialised engineers and early access to new technologies including the Accenture AI Refinery to create custom models and solutions.

“We are pleased to deepen our collaboration with Accenture to help our mutual customers develop AI-first business processes responsibly and securely, while helping them drive market differentiation,” said Judson Althoff, executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Microsoft. “By bringing together Copilots and human ambition, paired with the autonomous capabilities of an agent, we can accelerate AI transformation for organisations across industries and help them realize successful business outcomes through pragmatic innovation.”
