Aisera, a software company that focuses on generative artificial intelligence solutions, has built its generative AI platform on Azure to extend Microsoft’s AI capabilities across Microsoft 365 for enterprises.
Aisera’s platform – which includes the products AiseraGPT, AI Copilot, AI Search and Agent Assist – offers secure search solutions for all enterprise data, regardless of source, structure and format.
The AI Copilot and AI Search capabilities can now be integrated with a variety of applications, services, data lakes, systems and processes. Plus, businesses can use Aisera’s domain-specific or customer-built large language models to improve employee efficiency across various enterprise functions such as sales, finance, human resources, IT and customer service.
