Anywhere365 integrates new Microsoft Teams Phone Extensibility into its contact centre platform for advanced AI capabilities

Anywhere365 will integrate Microsoft’s new Teams Phone Extensibility for Dialogue Cloud (pictured) into its contact centre platform.

The integration – which will be generally available by the end of the second quarter of 2025 – enables Anywhere365 to use Azure Communication Services with Microsoft Teams, offering customers call automation, cognitive services and AI-driven insights.

Ilya Bukshteyn, vice president for Microsoft Teams calling, devices and premium experiences at Microsoft, introduced the Teams Phone Extensibility feature at Enterprise Connect 2025.

As part of the Microsoft Technology Adoption Program, Anywhere365 was selected as a key release partner to build, test and validate these new integrations.
