India-based data analytics firm Datamatics is to develop process automation copilots as part of its partnership with Microsoft.

Datamatics already has a partner onboarding copilot available on the Microsoft Teams store, which integrates with Azure OpenAI its Intelligent Automation Platform.

A Microsoft blog post says the Datamatics Copilot for Partner Onboarding is integrated with Microsoft Teams and leverages Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Teams bot framework, and Azure OpenAI technologies. The application is designed to streamline the onboarding of vendors, business partners, freight forwarders, and employees across different geographies, making what is traditionally a complex and tedious process much more efficient.

“Datamatics suite of generative AI-powered intelligent automation products and solutions with Microsoft Copilot have created new avenues of automation and go-to-market precedents,” said Shashi Bhargava, executive vice president and head of intelligent automation at Datamatics. “The partner onboarding application is just one testament to its capability to fulfil business requirements and customisations to suit changing business scenarios. We take immense pride in being recognised by Microsoft as a global leader in Copilot adoption and are proud to lead the way in redefining organisational operations, and this is only the beginning of our journey!”

As a recognised partner in the Copilot partner ecosystem, Datamatics is a beta partner for Microsoft’s private preview Copilot initiatives, which are specifically tailored for the developer community. The company has also been recognised by Microsoft as part of its “AI First Movers” series and was featured at the Microsoft Build 2024 conference in Seattle, USA.

“Microsoft Copilot and the generative AI space offer significant opportunities for businesses to automate and unlock their untapped potential,” said Rahul Kanodia, vice chairman and CEO of Datamatics. “Our collaboration with Microsoft is driven by a shared commitment to empower organisations worldwide. We will continue to introduce Copilot-based products and services to accelerate business transformation for our clients.”
