Businesses can digitise their operations by leveraging Microsoft’s Business Applications, Modern Work, Copilot and Power Platform solutions. It is also critical for them to work with Microsoft’s partners who can bring deep consulting and solution expertise, industry knowledge and their own IP to deliver solutions that will accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Organisations should take a holistic approach to drive the envisaged business benefits, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and improve collaboration, automate and optimise processes, transform customer experiences, and develop intelligent and scalable solutions.

Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook can be used to create a modern and secure workplace. Power Platform tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages and Copilot Studio can be used to build low-code applications, workflows, dashboards and chatbots. Meanwhile, Dynamics 365 tools such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Commerce can help businesses to manage their sales pipeline, customer interactions, marketing campaigns and e-commerce transactions. And then Microsoft Copilots and their industry-specific extensions can be leveraged to analyse data, generate insights, provide recommendations and take relevant actions.

We must combine the power of Microsoft’s platform with the possibilities that partners bring to the table to explore, experiment and execute digital transformation solutions. This will enable businesses to streamline their operations, gain rich insights from legacy data and connect with their customers in a personalised and seamless manner.

Infosys plays a transformative role in guiding organisations to effectively adopt Microsoft’s product platforms, generative AI solutions, its own offerings and IP accelerators to drive productivity, process optimisation and customer experiences. It has seen successes across industries such as retail, manufacturing, banking, energy, utilities and service enterprises, delivering measurable outcomes such as increased revenue, reduced costs, improved efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction.

While the focus on outcomes is critical, there is a larger emphasis on the foundational structures of proven delivery model, agile execution methodology and best practices that together ensure quality, speed and value to businesses of tomorrow.
