BigCommerce has partnered with Microsoft Advertising to release Microsoft Ads and Listings in the BigCommerce Marketplace. This will extend audience reach for BigCommerce merchants, drive more traffic via the Microsoft Advertising Network and optimise advert performance in real time.
The collaboration will allow BigCommerce merchants in the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand to reach Microsoft Advertising’s audience of over one billion users across Microsoft Bing, MSN and Microsoft Edge. It will also allow merchants to filter product feeds to deliver more specific ad content through narrower search results.
“The Microsoft Advertising Network connects BigCommerce merchants with people who have greater purchasing power, engage more with ads and are more likely to make a purchase online,” said Jason McKay, senior director of global partner sales at Microsoft Advertising. “With Microsoft Ads and Listings, BigCommerce merchants can connect with customers in new ways, achieving a strong return on spend to drive long-term growth.”
BigCommerce merchants will also be able to synchronise product catalogues directly to the Microsoft Merchant Center and create shopping campaigns to promote product catalogues and track campaign performance, all through the BigCommerce Control Panel.
“Seamless partner application integrations like Microsoft Ads and Listings uplevel the value and opportunities that we can deliver to our merchants all over the world to reach millions of potential new customers searching across the Microsoft Advertising Network,” said Sharon Gee, vice president of revenue growth and general manager of omnichannel at BigCommerce. “By adding another strategic omnichannel partner integration to our roster, our merchants can seamlessly advance their omnichannel operations while unlocking new channel growth. With this, merchants are able to easily leverage leading, pre-integrated solutions to drive their long-term success.”
