Enterprise software start-up Cerebri AI has partnered with Microsoft to help enterprises accelerate their growth. The company’s machine learning models, which are hosted on Microsoft Azure, monitor brand value and next best actions to reduce the client’s costs.
Cerebri AI uses machine learning models on customer data sets to predict which customers are most likely to meet specific key performance indicators (KPIs), when they will do so and what action Cerebri AI’s clients must take based on their customers current commitment to the brand and customer journey.
The software-as-a-service solution is hosted on Microsoft Azure and benefits from increased security and quality for the inputted data and the generated next best actions.
Customers of Cerebri AI software receive an automated tool for dynamically monitoring brand value and identifying next best actions that accelerate growth and reduce costs. A UK-based automotive retailer improved their sales conversion rate by seven times after using a Cerebri AI email campaign.
Cerebri AI has achieved co-sell ready status with Microsoft's exclusive One Commercial Partner (OCP) programme, in which Microsoft works with independent software vendors (ISVs) to accelerate Azure adoption.
"Earning co-sell ready status with Microsoft is a tremendous opportunity for Cerebri AI as our Concurrent Advanced Reinforcement Learning software is a perfect pairing with Azure," said Jean Belanger, co-founder and CEO of Cerebri AI. "We look forward to collaborating closely with the OCP team globally to bring even more value to their Fortune 500 accounts."
