Commsverse, taking place at the Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, UK, on 21-22 June, is designed to help improve IT administrators and technical decision maker’s knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Viva.

The annual conference will welcome over 700 attendees and offer more than 50 focused technical sessions delivered by experts from across the world. It will also have the largest Teams-only exhibition floor in the world.

“Our aim is to provide the technical community with a learning opportunity that cannot be rivalled at any other event,” said Mark Vale, director of Commsverse. “We created Commsverse because we felt traditional events where pivoting too much towards high-level evangelical content aimed towards executives. At Commsverse, we only select content that is aimed towards improving your technical understanding of each Teams and Viva product. This means our content is derived from real-world experiences that can directly benefit you and your organisation’s implementation of  Teams.”

The keynote session, ‘Being human in a digital world’, will be delivered by technology reporter and author Kate Russell, who will cover the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence and natural language processing.

Other sessions will explore how to collaborate in Teams with Microsoft Power Platform, how to use Teams to bridge the telecommunications gap, the best practices for governing shared Teams, and how to improve collaboration using Viva Insights.

“As a community event, we run Commsverse like a user group,” said Vale. “A friendly atmosphere, where everyone is welcome and treated as a friend. We go the extra mile to make everyone feel special and included. We have lots of activities beyond learning, such as Lego building, racing simulators, hot laps around the venue’s race track, social area with drinks and food, and much more.”
