Dassault Systèmes is to acquire its partner No Magic, the model-based systems engineering and modelling solutions company.
The acquisition will strengthen Dassault Systèmes’ industry solution experiences on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform by generalising systems engineering to help develop the ‘Internet of Experiences.’
Dassault Systèmes will integrate No Magic’s solutions into its 3DEXPERIENCE platform, reinforcing its existing CATIA applications. This will provide a ‘single source of truth’ and allow any user to implement continuous 3D digital processes and address all lifecycle aspects of an experience.
