Meeting software provider Decisions has expanded its secure voting feature within Microsoft Teams to enable users to cast votes via email.
The update adds to the current voting options, which are available in the Teams chat, side panel or Decisions web agenda.
The organisation has also updated several other features. The new agenda dashboard filter enables users to sort meetings for which they are the organiser, and the agenda summary now includes attachments, topic descriptions and time stamps, which Decisions says provides “a more complete view of the meeting”.
Also new is the document update notification, which shows when a file has been changed or added. “This small attention to detail is another way for participants to better prepare for meetings,” said Decisions, in a recent blog post.
Meeting participants can also now share Microsoft Word minutes for review within the agenda window in Teams and save OneNote minutes as a PDF that attaches to the meeting agenda.
