Enterprise Connect 2024 will take place on 25-28 March 2024 in Orlando, Florida, and will see over 5,000 enterprise IT professionals and solution providers gather to discuss innovation in communications and customer experience.

Nicole Herskowitz, vice president of Microsoft Teams and Platform at Microsoft, will be presenting a keynote speech at the event.

There will be over 50 sessions at the event, with content focusing on key topics including artificial intelligence and automation, data, employee experience and vertical industries. Microsoft-focused sessions include ‘Microsoft Teams Copilot: Is it ready for your enterprise?’, hosted by Kevin Kieller, co-founder and lead analyst at EnableUC, and ‘Teams training: everything you need to know as a Microsoft Teams service owner’, presented by Tom Arbuthnot, co-founder of Empowering.Cloud.

Other speakers at the event include Sinead Aylward, senior director of content centre platforms at Johnson Controls; Max Ball, principal analyst at Forrester; Nia Celestin, head of Marketing at DTEN; and Barry Cooper, president of the customer experience division at NICE.

The expo hall will contain over 150 exhibitors, including Continuant, DTEN, Jabra, Lenovo, NICE, SCB Global, Shure, Verint, Verizon and Vyopta. All will be showcasing how their solutions can help customers improve communications across their business.

The event will also host different sessions to help attendees gain new skills, including half-day training on Microsoft Teams.
