Converged ICT services provider GCI will be the headline sponsor at Future Decoded, which takes place at London’s ExCeL on the 31st October and 1st November. At the Microsoft event, GCI will showcase its expertise in Microsoft Teams, Azure, Skype for Business, Microsoft 365 and Enghouse Contact Centre, whilst demonstrating how these technologies will help businesses take advantage of the changing trends which are shaping our world.
The GCI stand will also host a GCI customer – the Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team, including rider Alex Lowes (complete with race bike), and team principal Paul Denning. The team is a major user of Microsoft technology, using it to collaborate as it competes in 13 races a season across the globe.
GCI will also have a dedicated theatre featuring an intensive schedule of seminars across the two days. Guest speakers will include customers such as Accent Housing and global law firm Osborne Clarke, as well as contact centre providers Enghouse Interactive, TalkTalk and Nimans, who will be demonstrating the latest unified communications hardware. Karl Kocar, cloud solutions architect at Microsoft, will showcase the latest tips and tricks associated with Teams.
