After the success of the debut Industrial Pioneers Summit in 2019, the event will be returning to Hannover Messe in 2020. The invite-only summit on 22 April will invite experts to discuss the technological and social challenges posed by industrial digitisation.
One of the first speakers has already been confirmed to be Toby Walsh, professor of artificial intelligence at the University of New South Wales in Australia, and visiting professor at the Technical University of Berlin, Germany. In his talk, Walsh will offer his vision of the world in 2062, when he believes intelligent machines will be able to match human capabilities, and how that will affect society.
