Hotel & Resort Innovation Expo has revealed its keynote speakers for the event on 19-20 October 2022 in London, UK.
Speakers will include Fabrizio DiMartino, director of e-commerce at citizenM, who will highlight how the pandemic was an opportunity for organisations to fast-track their innovation initiatives; Adrie Vreeke, co-founder and CEO of Capsule Services, who will discuss how the industry can meet the increasing demand of solo travellers with capsule and pod facilities; and Melisa Gooding, sustainability and communications specialist at Lamington Group, who will focus on a net-zero strategy for the hotel sector.
In addition, NoMad Hotel’s Nadim Nehme will highlight how luxury hospitality has evolved and Best Western Hotel Group’s Andrew Denton will reflect on how he transformed several hotels into hospitals to support the NHS during the Covid-19 pandemic. IHG Hotels’ Finlay Anderson and Open Ear and Swell’s Brian d’Souza will also share how to combine traditional sound therapy and modern technology to deliver unique guest experience in spa and hotel settings.
The event will also present industry awards to celebrate the innovations, services and solutions that hotels have provided over the last 12 months.
