Video and voice solutions provider, Poly, has found that employers could retain and onboard better staff by adopting hybrid working models through its recent study, Recruit, Retain and Grow.
The study analysed how politics, culture and wellness has an impact on how people work, with 2,500 global businesses having participated.
Key findings cover four main areas of work including recruitment and retention, strategy, culture and workforce wellness, and equality.
The research reported similar findings to Microsoft’s 2022 Work Trend Index, showing that a hybrid work environment encourages flexible working, mental wellbeing, collaboration, the use of up-to-date software and devices to enable efficient work, and reduces the chance of overworking.
