The solution will enable tradespeople to more easily register their products and improve the internal market

iFD Engineering Joint Venture recently launched an extension for its Microsoft Dynamics NAV-based warehouse management solution to fulfil the requirements of the EU Commission’s Tobacco Products Directive for tracking tobacco-related products.
With the extension, iFD customer and wholesale trader of tobacco products ERMURI Genuss Company can register its customers in the system. It can then send notifications with the unique identification codes of its tobacco packages to the central repository, thus fulfilling the requirements of the EU regulation.
