Ignite 2019: Verint is simplifying compliance for Microsoft Teams

Using Microsoft Teams to empower greater collaboration and better service, while remaining compliant with industry regulations, is a challenge. Traditional compliance recording solutions focus on capturing voice and do not bridge the ‘compliance gap’ created by the additional communication modes offered by Teams – instant messaging, video, and meetings. Working in partnership with Microsoft, we are building a path to simple compliance for Teams, offering voice and interaction recording across the full range of communication methods. Mitigating risk, keeping pace with regulations, maintaining internal compliance and protecting brands are all simplified with the Verint solution, which will be demonstrated at this year’s Ignite.
