Microsoft’s first ever Experience Center provides a one-stop-shop for customers to have a deeper and more engaging interaction with Microsoft. The centre is strategically located in the vibrant city of Singapore, providing first-class facilities coupled with immersive and engaging programmes.
The practices within the Experience Center include The Experience Zone, which showcases immersive demonstrations and current implementations across industry sectors. Retailers, for example, can learn how supermarket chain Kroger is using artificial intelligence and analytics to improve the grocery experience for consumers. And the Formula One (F1) demonstration outlines how more than 200 sensors collect over 50 billion data points to help the technical staff improve aerodynamics, performance and handling of F1 racing cars. A team of specialists can take visitors on a customised journey through these experiences that allows them to experience first-hand relevant technology solutions that are unique to their businesses and enables them to envision the art of what’s possible.
Meanwhile, the Cybersecurity Center showcases Microsoft’s threat intelligence analytics, creates awareness about rising cybercrime threats and increases the understanding of trusted digital platforms and cloud computing.
Then there’s the Innovation Factory – a place fostering ideation and hosting hackathons to ensure innovative ideas come to life.
The Experience Center is also home to the Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) Asia – a place for customers who are ready to focus on delivering impact and who want to solve their business and technology challenges in a hands-on way. The MTC delivers a number of workshops on a series of different subjects such as the power of the Microsoft Azure cloud, how to create applications without coding or the internet of things and artificial intelligence in action.
Visitors to the MTC will also have access to Microsoft’s latest devices and technologies such as Azure Stack Hub, Azure Stack Edge, HoloLens and Surface Hub 2.
