Metafile introduces touchless invoice processing

Metafile Information Systems has released MetaViewer 7, the newest version of its document management/paperless automation solution, which now features Touchless Invoice Processing for Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 and Dynamics GP.

Designed to eliminate manual data entry and paper-based tasks, Metaviewer 7 is built on Microsoft’s Windows Workflow Foundation and uses robotic process automation (RPA) to automatically run tasks to keep processes streamlined and reduce document processing steps.

To do this, Touchless Invoice Processing evaluates POs against a set of rules to establish whether they match corresponding documents within a company’s Microsoft Dynamics system. If the PO passes each evaluation, it is automatically routed directly to Microsoft Dynamics. However, if it fails, companies receiver a report so they can manually reconcile the PO.
