Microsoft has released Copilot Chat, which allows businesses to use AI agents for routine tasks.
The tool is integrated into Microsoft 365 and enables entire workforces – from customer service representatives to marketing leads to frontline technicians – to use AI to be more productive. For example, agents can help with market research, writing strategy documents and preparing for meetings.
“Copilot is the UI for AI, and it all starts with Copilot Chat,” said Jared Spataro, chief marketing officer of AI at Work at Microsoft, in a recent blog post. “It’s the chat experience you’ll use every day – powered by broad knowledge from the web, built on [OpenAI’s] GPT-4o, and designed to be safe and secure for business use. It represents a foundational shift in how we work, enabling everyone to work smarter, faster and more collaboratively.”
Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat can transform business processes with free secure AI chat, agents and enterprise data protection.
