Survey provides insight into AI adoption behaviours within European organisations

There is currently a high level of satisfaction with Microsoft Copilot solutions in European organisations, according to research from Fellowmind.

The report, How AI is shaping European businesses, found that more than 80 per cent of users would be dissatisfied if their access to tools such as Copilot for Security, Copilot Studio and Copilot for Windows was removed.

“AI is not a magic wand, but a powerful tool that, when used correctly, can optimise business processes today, and in the future, AI agents could take this even further by running some of these processes autonomously,” said Arvid Josefsson, AI expert at Fellowmind.

In addition, the survey revealed that 71 per cent of European organisations are currently using AI tools in the workplace, and that 61 per cent of the organisations not currently using AI are expecting to invest in the technology within the next three years.

The most common solutions being used in organisations currently include chatbots and virtual assistants, content generation and business intelligence tools, and adoption is currently most prevalent in software and financial services sectors.
