A range of Microsoft partners in the Microsoft for Startups programme will be showcasing their artificial intelligence and robotics solutions at NRF 2024: Retail’s Big Show from14-16 January in New York, USA.
“Each year, I gear up for this conference, viewing it as a launchpad to stay updated on the pulse of the evolving trends, challenges, and breakthroughs in the retail landscape,” said ShiSh Shridhar, global industry solutions director of retail at Microsoft in a blog post on LinkedIn. “At NRF24, we’re excited to spotlight the new retail startups from the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus portfolio. Our showcase features a diverse array of solutions spanning retail, consumer packaged goods, fashion, and apparel sectors.”
One partner is Haut.AI, which will be showcasing its AI skin analysis tool that helps skincare brands analyse their customers’ skin to better understand their product needs. Another is Fashable.AI, which utilises generative AI to create original images of fashion models and garments to encourage innovation in the fashion industry.
Getbee will showcase its live video software solutions for conversational sales that allows businesses to offer personalised interactions, live shopping and virtual appointments, and Crave Retail will highlight its fitting room solution that provides retailers with a way to connect with shoppers, personalise interactions and provide products on-demand.
Robotics firm 1MRobotics will also be on the Microsoft booth showcasing its Genesis solution, which automates last-mile fulfilment for retailers and helps reduce environmental impact by utilising bike couriers and self-pick-up services, and Mapped will demonstrate its data infrastructure platform to show how its simplifies data extraction for retail and consumer packaged goods organisations.
Other partner programme members at the Microsoft Booth will include CIPIO.ai, Ydistri, Chooch, Zblocks, Unbox Robotics, Bria.ai and Commerce.ai.
