Microsoft demonstrated how LiveTiles Bots’ chatbot builder could be used by its partners to support their artificial intelligence (AI) projects during a corenote session at Microsoft Inspire this week.
LiveTiles Bots solution is powered by Microsoft Azure’s Bot Framework and Cognitive Services and enables users to create no-code, drag-and-drop customised chatbots that can be used for various employee- and customer-facing applications.
Gavriella Schuster, corporate vice president for Microsoft’s One Commercial Partner Channel and Programs, highlighted the potential of these bots by showcasing her LiveTiles-based ‘Ask Gavriella’ bot on stage.
“She’s in training. I am training her to answer my internal e-mails, so I can spend way more time in conversations with all of you,” said Schuster, during her corenote session. Just imagine all those emails you have to re-factor, file and send.”
Schuster explained how Microsoft partners can acquire LiveTiles’ chatbot builder from the Microsoft AppStore and use it to develop and deploy highly personalised AI solutions for their customers.
“How many of you are thinking of, or have been asked by your customers to build chatbots? Chatbots to do their services, their support and even sales,” said Schuster. “You should then know about this partner, LiveTiles. The company worked with our team in our local Australian subsidiary and created – get this value prop – a bot-in-a-box. The bot-in-a-box is available to all of you to build on, to cobrand and to white label.”
LiveTiles was also presented with the 2018 Microsoft US Partner Award for Modern Workplace Transformation at Microsoft Inspire.
