At Microsoft Inspire 2018, which takes place next week in Las Vegas, unified collaboration (UC) company Mida Solutions will showcase its MidaRec advanced call recording system.
With a flexible and modular architecture, MidaRec leverages the connection between Microsoft Teams and Session Recording Protocol (SIPREC) compliant on-premise session border controllers (SBCs) to provide call recording and archiving features like file encryption, compression and anti-tamper protection.
On the other side of the SBC, the connection with Microsoft Teams ensures native high quality and protected communications.
In addition, the system offers advanced encryption standard (AES) encryption up to 256 bit and meets MiFID II, GDPR and PCI-DSS regulations. Completely web based, it is accessible from almost everywhere, benefits from high availability and scalability and has customisable multi-level access profiles.
MidaRec is part of the Mida eFramework, Mida Solutions’ UC App Suite.
