Microsoft has revealed the winners of its 2021 Partner of the Year Awards. The annual honours acknowledge “outstanding successes and innovations by partners” based on Microsoft technology. Winners and finalists will also be highlighted at Microsoft Inspire, which will take place virtually on 14-15 July.
This year, Microsoft acknowledged partners in a variety of categories, including partner competencies, cloud to edge technologies, entrepreneurial spirit and social impact. It introduced a new category – the Social Impact awards – which recognises partners’ “inspiring solutions created to drive innovation through three areas: Community Response, Inclusion Changemaker and Sustainability Changemaker”.
Winners and finalists include Accenture/Avanade, Adobe, AVEVA, Avtex Solutions, Barracuda Networks, Bechtle, Blue Yonder Software, Capgemini, Icertis, Infosys, PTC, PWC, Schneider Electric and Thales.
They were selected from over 4,400 nominations from more than 100 countries based on their commitment to customers, their solution’s impact on the market and exemplary use of Microsoft technologies.
“This impressive group of partners and their solutions demonstrates amazing agility and creativity in building new technologies across the intelligent cloud to edge, all with the goal of exceeding customer expectations by bringing technology to life in meaningful ways,” said Microsoft. “Congratulations to this year’s winners and finalists, which have shown exceptional expertise, dedication to our customers, and care for our world through a year of change.”
