Microsoft will exhibit as a platinum sponsor for the Automotive News World Congress event, taking place in Detroit, Michigan, on 12 September 2023.

Microsoft will present a selection of solutions to meet the larger challenges that the automotive industry is facing, including adhering to regulations to ensure data privacy, infrastructure limitations for the adoption of electric vehicles, and the shift in customer engagement and best practice to building brand loyalty.

“We are witnessing a great inflection point in the industry – one that will dramatically evolve the landscape of automotive and future mobility that will cut across industries and ecosystems, and most importantly, impact people,” said Aaron Lee, product marketing lead for automotive, mobility and transportation at Microsoft, in a blog post titled ‘Enabling innovation: Microsoft at Automotive News World Congress 2023’.

Solutions covered will include AI tools and capabilities like ChatGPT for managing data within the supply chain and customer experience, as well as the use of the internet of things and operational technology (OT) cybersecurity solutions to reduce OT cybersecurity breaches by up to 50 per cent.

Attendees will be able to visit Microsoft’s booth in the Innovation Alley area during the event.
