Microsoft will host a series of demonstrations and sessions focused on accelerating financial services transformation with artificial intelligence at Money 20/20 USA, taking place on 27-30 October 2024 in Las Vegas, USA.

At the Microsoft booth (located in the Money Hall at stall 9109), there will be experts on hand to demonstrate how organisations can use AI to deliver differentiated customer experiences, empower banking employees, manage risk and compliance, and modernise payments.

Microsoft partners Accenture-Avanade, Infosys, Temenos, Backbase, Symphony AI and Zafin will also be at the Microsoft booth to showcase their solutions.

Meanwhile, on the mainstage, Microsoft financial executives Daragh Morrissey, Karen Del Vescovo and Tyler Pichach will each host sessions titled ‘Building an AI factory with Nvidia’, ‘Customer first strategies in the era of AI’, and ‘The killer genAI cake’, respectively.

Furthermore, Kathleen Mitford, corporate vice president of global industry marketing at Microsoft, will lead a ‘Women in financial services’ panel on 28 October.
