Microsoft will focus on industrial AI and how organisation can put it into action at Hannover Messe, which will take place on 31 March to 4 April 2025.
The Microsoft booth – located in Hall 17, Stand G06 – will host expert-led presentations and showcase real-world customer success stories. Topics will include AI in digital engineering, AI for the factory floor, accelerating frontline operations with AI and creating an AI-driven product digital thread.
Sessions will cover a range of topics such as preparing industrial data for AI, applying AI solutions to solve sustainability challenges, the future of work with humanoid robots, generative design in manufacturing, digital twin simulation and celebrating women in manufacturing.
Spokespeople will include Microsoft’s Rupert Stuetzle, general manager of manufacturing and mobility for EMEA; Indranil Sircar, chief technology officer at manufacturing and mobility industry; Lindsay Berg, general manager of global industry product marketing; and Sean Waters, senior product marketing manager of AI sustainability; and more.

Demonstrations will focus on digital thread intelligence leveraging AI. For example, Rolls-Royce will highlight how AI by Microsoft, Siemens and NVIDIA helps to shape the future of jet engine manufacturing. The firm currently uses data and AI to drive innovation across design, engineering, production, sales, customer service and maintenance operations.
Meanwhile, PTC will show how it is leveraging AI solutions to accelerate product development and enhance workforce efficiency. Plus, Husqvarna will show how it is transforming physical operations by unifying IT and OT systems with an adaptive cloud approach for seamless edge-to-cloud information exchange.
Partners including Accenture, AVEVA, Databricks, NVIDIA, Rockwell Automation, Sight Machine and SymphonyAI will also showcase their AI-powered solutions at the Microsoft Booth.
