Microsoft to showcase the role of AI in media at IBC2024

Microsoft will showcase how artificial intelligence can impact the media industry at IBC2024, taking place on 13-16 September 2024 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The Microsoft booth (Hall14, A14) will host a series of demonstrations to show how content creators can optimise their operations with Azure and solutions from Microsoft Partners such as Cognizant, EZDRM, IPV and Yobi. Topics include AI-assisted storytelling, content authentication, video translation and content searches.

There will also be a Microsoft Copilot lounge that will solutions across the media ecosystem, including use cases for Copilot and Microsoft Fabric for data-driven conversations, and guests will have the opportunity to create their own avatar using Microsoft Designer.

Microsoft executives will also be taking part in a series of sessions, discussing use cases for AI in media production, monetisation and character creation.
