Crestron Electronics’ Modern Work Summit 2023 will focus on how organisations can meet the needs of a hybrid workplace when it takes place in Madrid, Spain, on 23-24 May 2023.
The two-day event will bring digital workplace leaders together to focus on cultural trends and shifts, reinventing the workplace, the future of work, the employee experience and digital equality.
Over 30 speakers will be present at the event, with featured technology experts including Dan Feldstein, CEO of Crestron Electronics; Antonio Cruz Cruz-Conde, modern workplace and security go-to-market lead at Microsoft; and Sean Wargo, vice president of market intelligence at Avixa.
Sessions will be split into one of three categories: employee experiences, workplace reinvention, or digital transformation. Cruz-Conde’s session will focus on the challenges that hybrid work can bring and how organisations can address these in order to optimise employee experience.
A panel on workplace reinvention hosted by Crestron’s director of product marketing Lauren Simmen will feature panellists from macom, Gensler, Steelcase, Korbyt and NFS Technology and explore the role of the office in a hybrid working era. Participants will also look at what this means in terms of sustainability and employee health and wellness.
Technology Record’s executive editor Andy Clayton-Smith will host the ‘Digital Transformation – How technology is powering the modern workplace’ panel. He will be joined by panellists from Sony, Eptura, Sennheiser, Shure, New Wave Workplace and Crestron to discuss the introduction of digital transformation initiatives into physical spaces.
