Technology consultant Montrium has launched Office 365 Compliance Toolkits to help life sciences firms move to the cloud and use Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
The pre-packaged services and document templates will accelerate the set-up and governance of Office 365 for pharmaceutical and biotechnology organisations, enabling them to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maintain data integrity.
“Today, many life science organisations are implementing Office 365 across the enterprise to simplify and centralise collaboration while leveraging a scalable cloud stack from Microsoft,” said Michael Zwetkow, vice president of professional services and alliances at Montrium. “However, this transition is often done without the inclusion of areas of the business that output regulated content.
“Through the introduction of our Office 365 toolkits, we can now provide a clear roadmap for life science organisations that are looking to manage regulated content in Office 365 through standardised projects and templates to accelerate the process.”
Montrium will also run a complimentary webinar series called The Compliance Playbook 2.0 in 2019 and 2020 to provide additional support.
