Bleu, a joint venture from Capgemini and Orange formed in a strategic partnership with Microsoft, is now engaging with select French private and public organisations in preparation for its first ‘cloud de confiance’ services to go live at the end of 2024.
Capgemini and Orange formed Bleu with the aim of helping French public sector organisations to meet their specific cloud goals by enabling them to use Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure services.
“We are extremely proud to partner with Bleu to bring Microsoft 365 productivity solutions and Microsoft Azure services to their forthcoming ‘cloud de confiance’ platform,” said Judson Althoff, executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Microsoft. “With this strategic partnership, we are supporting France’s digital transformation efforts for its long-term success by enabling efficient and modern services.”
Over the next few months, Bleu will be working with clients to carry out pilot tests and ensure they are successfully onboarded to the platform before it is launched via a set of data centres across France.
