Microsoft India has introduced a new website and dedicated helpline to support small and medium businesses (SMBs) with their digital transformation projects.

The website aims to cater to every business requirement and offers an SMB Academy to help organisations improve digital workforce skills and productivity via Microsoft business and technology courses. It also gives SMBs access to a variety of Microsoft solutions and an ecosystem of 17,000 partners in India.

Meanwhile, SMBs can contact the helpline (via +91 1800 102 1147) to receive guidance and assistance in leveraging technology solutions for business challenges.

“The last few years have shown us that technology adoption has a direct impact on business performance,” said Samik Roy, executive director of corporate SMBs at Microsoft India. “For a business to thrive in today’s digital economy, it must move to a secured cloud, become more agile and resilient by creating a technological roadmap for their organisation.

“Microsoft has been committed to digitally transforming the SMB ecosystem in India with trusted technology, resources and extensive partner ecosystem. These new initiatives are aimed at further supporting these organisations and work closely with them so they can do more with less.”
