Nintex has launched a range of new cloud automation tools in the Nintex Workflow Cloud. The enhancements will help users to eliminate highly manual and paper-based processes and access the digital transformation that automation enables.
This next generation of the Nintex platform features new object support and permission management for data sources to quickly, easily and securely create workflows. It also includes new SharePoint Online Start Events, 20 more SharePoint Connectors and easy developer options to easily integrate workflows across systems and content repositories, including Microsoft 365.
“Our latest Nintex Workflow Cloud innovations underscore our commitment to put the power of easy-to-use software in the hands of people who love to improve processes and automate work across every organisation,” said Neal Gottsacker, chief product officer at Nintex. “We're excited to see organisations in nearly every industry achieving rapid digital transformation by visually mapping, quickly automating and continuously optimising processes and workflows with Nintex's complete, cloud-based process management and automation platform.”
Other new features include advanced tagging capabilities for faster discovery of created processes and an online process accelerator gallery which offers free downloadable templates to initiate automation in areas such as customer service, finance, legal, IT and more.
“The amount of manual touches we needed was very difficult for us even at the lower, pre-Covid-19 volume,” said Yesenia Orozco, channel operations manager at Zoom, a Nintex customer. “We would never have been able to keep up without our use of Nintex. Now, we’re not only keeping up with much higher volume, but sending auto-confirmations to partners consistently and in real-time, as opposed to taking up to three days.”
