Nreal will soon offer Windows support for its Nreal Air augmented reality (AR) glasses, enabling users to connect a Windows PC for a more immersive gaming and entertainment experience.
Connecting the glasses to a Windows PC via Nebula for Windows will enable them to act as an additional screen that feels like an ultra-wide 21:9 monitor, providing a wider field of view and a more immersive virtual experience.
Nebula for Windows also comes with three degrees of freedom capabilities, meaning it can track users head movements and provide an extra layer of immersion.
Nreal is primarily targeting PC gamers, but the glasses will provide functionality for a wide range of entertainment experiences too.
Nreal demonstrated the solution at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, USA, which took place on 20-24 March 2023.
A release date for Nebula for Windows is yet to be announced.
