Over 200 companies will exhibit for the first time at NAB Show 2019 on 6-11 April, a convention that covers media, entertainment and technology. These companies will offer a first look at new products and technologies through interactive exhibits and demonstrations.
The 224 first-timers will join a wide variety of exhibiting veterans on the nearly one million square feet of space that make up the NAB Show exhibit floor.
“These new exhibitors reflect the unique position of NAB Show at the centre of the convergence of media, entertainment and technology,” said Chris Brown, executive vice president of Conventions and Business Operations at NAB. “These companies, along with specialised exhibit areas and leading brands from around the world, will showcase technologies and innovations that are disrupting how content is created, distributed and consumed.”
The 2019 NAB Show exhibition will comprise over 1,600 companies, including over 650 international exhibitors and some of the world's leading brands and companies, including Microsoft, which is set to have a significant presence at this year’s show.
Microsoft will be exhibiting alongside a small number of specially-selected partners to demonstrate the solutions that are empowering new audience experiences with the intelligent cloud. Microsoft’s worldwide teams and partner experts will be onsite and available to share their perspective on the media industry, cover product development, discuss unique needs and demonstrate their wealth of solutions in action. The Microsoft Video Indexer Editor has been nominated for Best New AI Technology in the NAB Show 2019 Product of the Year Awards.
