Software firm PopcornApps has released a customer relationship management (CRM) solution for the airline industry based on Microsoft Dynamics. It provides airlines with a complete picture of passenger interactions to help increase customer satisfaction.
The solution features tools for reservation management, loyalty management, marketing campaigns and disruption handling. Its rich data model provides an open integration design, enabling transactions to Amadeus, Sabre and airlines’ own application programming interfaces and products.
The solution captures customer interaction at all touchpoints, including with the web, a bot, instant messaging, the call centre and the mobile app. Used in conjunction with PopcornApps’ previously launched conversational AI solution, the CRM tool can enhance customer service productivity. Airlines can leverage the collected data to target customers effectively and enhance business processes.
