Bizdirect helped the firm successfully implement the cloud-based Microsoft solution

Microsoft partner Bizdirect has helped Portuguese fuel company PRIO Energy implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve its customer retention management system, data management and decision making.
PRIO was struggling with inefficient and complex decision-making processes as a result of disparate operations and employees using a variety of tools, software and applications to do their jobs. The nature of the energy industry was also adding to the firm’s difficulties, as global oil prices fluctuate regularly. This made it increasingly complex to share market conditions with customers.
To solve these issues, PRIO partnered with Bizdirect to optimise, digitise and automate business processes, aggregate customer information centrally to gain better insights, and encourage collaboration between teams. Bizdirect helped PRIO deploy Dynamics 365 over several months to ensure successful implementation.
As a result, PRIO has benefitted from better operations control of the client, greater automation, effectiveness and efficiency. The company’s employees have also been able to access information more quickly and securely as it so available on the cloud to the entire organisation. Since the system’s launch, this has also helped PRIO to increase its sales.
