Software company senso.cloud has partnered with Microsoft to bring its safeguarding platform to Microsoft Teams. Through the collaboration, senso aims to increase Teams adoption in schools and create a safe digital environment for users.
As part of the agreement, senso will monitor chat messages and inspect images for visual threats using its artificial intelligence and keyword algorithms. When a violation is detected, senso’s software raises an alert, helping to realise proactive and reactive processes which the company says can “encourage inclusivity and alert appropriate parties, such as teachers, when issues occur”.
“Companies like senso.cloud add customer value to school administrators by integrating their solutions with Microsoft Teams,” said Mike Ammerlaan, director of the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem. “The deep product integration with senso.cloud is a great example of the type of technological solution that helps schools succeed in their digital transformation.”
