AMB Sports and Entertainment (AMBSE) has deployed Solgari’s AI-powered solutions to simplify work for its customer experience teams at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
The stadium has more than two million ticketed attendees each year and employees were struggling to process customer requests efficiently with a backlog of data in AMBSE’s complex IT estate.
Solgari’s AI-powered tools like transcriptions, call summaries and sentiment analysis are accessible via the Solgari app, which is built natively on Microsoft Azure and integrates with Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365. They enable agents to view all customer data in one single pane of glass to provide personalised service across a variety of events.
