StarLeaf, a provider of meeting room systems for Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams, is now running its centralised management solution Maestro on Microsoft Azure.
Moving Maestro to the Microsoft Azure cloud will make it quicker and easier for enterprises to implement and manage integrated meeting room systems. This reduces the administrative burden on the enterprise’s support staff and also increases security.
In future, Maestro will also automatically stay in-step with the Microsoft Active Directory to ensure that end-user authentication and authorisation are synchronised. In addition, on-going developments enable Maestro to comply with local data jurisdiction requirements.
“It is great to work closely with the Microsoft Azure platform and to further strengthen our ties with its ecosystem,” said Jonathan Williams, head of StarLeaf’s GTm Business Unit. “This is a strategic move that will deliver our customers a way to further streamline their processes and management of their meeting room estate.”
