Document generation platform Templafy has expanded its relationship with Microsoft to allow organisations to access Templafy’s document generation tools within their Microsoft 365 Copilot workflows.

For example, in PowerPoint, users can start creating slideshows using company-approved compliant and branded templates sourced from the organisation’s Templafy libraries and insert images directly from Copilot. In addition, Templafy will be able to suggest templates for users in Copilot based on their needs, and users will be able to automate document creation with Copilot agents.

Templafy operates through a centrally-controlled platform that allows organisations to create documents that adhere to company-specific guidelines and compliance. This combines with Microsoft 365 Copilot to ensure documents are created quickly and accurately, and to ease the AI learning process for end-users.

“Microsoft 365 Copilot is a forerunner in the use of AI in the modern enterprise digital workplace, and it is only natural for Templafy to continue its deep integration into the Microsoft ecosystem with connectivity into Microsoft 365 Copilot in PowerPoint and Teams,” said Jean-Marc Chanoine, senior vice president of business development for Templafy. “Our unique capability of applying rules on top of document generation in a seamless and centrally controlled way compliments Copilot, and we are excited about the possibilities this opens up for end-users of the world’s most used workplace tools.”
