Customer engagement firm Verint has released the latest version of its compliance recording solution, which integrates with Microsoft Teams.
Verint Interaction Recording centrally captures, stores, retrieves and analyses data from calls, text chat, screen sharing and video conferences in Microsoft Teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. The solution is particularly targeted at businesses in the financial and healthcare sectors, as well as government agencies, which must conform with complex regulations.
“The combination of hybrid work, compliance regulations and increased adoption of collaboration platforms like Teams creates the perfect storm for organisations to have to manage and make sense of the multitude of interactions being used in highly regulated industries,” said David Singer, vice president of go-to-market strategy at Verint. “Interaction Recording helps organisations leverage the latest digital collaboration channels while enabling them to take a total quality approach and ensure compliance with industry regulations.”
Captured recordings will be managed by Verint Engagement Data Management (EDM) and stored in the Verint Engagement Data Hub. Verint EDM breaks down data silos that can complicate data management and helps to reveal new customer engagement insights that are stored in the data hub.
“The ability to implement automatic, policy-based recording and storage of Teams calls and meetings is crucial,” said Pete Daderko, director of product marketing at Microsoft Teams. “The Verint Interaction Recording integration with Teams helps ensure an organisation’s data is secured, protected and compliant.”
