Barracuda launches new CloudGen WAN features Cloud security company Barracuda Networks is adding new capabilities to its Microsoft Azure-hosted SD-WAN service, CloudGen WAN, including a cloud-delivered personal remote access functionality. Barracuda says that the new feature overcomes the limitations of traditional virtual private networks, simplifies management and reduces cyber risk as enterprises embrace increasingly remote workforces. “We look forward to continuing to provide our customers and partners with the robust solutions they need to maintain secure access in an evolving cloud ecosystem,” said Tim Jefferson, senior vice president of data protection, network and application security at Barracuda.
