21 JS Bank drives customer engagement with VeriTouch JS Bank, one of Pakistan’s fastest growing financial institutions, is using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and VeriPark’s vertical customer engagement solution VeriTouch to become a deeply engaged and trusted advisor to its clients, by accessing greater insight into customer activities, pain points and key metrics. Lacking an effective end-to-end customer relationship management system, JS Bank decided to use VeriTouch as it is designed to empower financial institutions with rich, data-driven customer insights. The bank will leverage VeriPark’s single customer view, sales management module and its call centre module to improve turnaround time, customer service and elevate its overall service standards.
