Building on the success of Converse for Dynamics 365, Converse for Teams extends and enhances the collaboration platform with voice, SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat and Facebook Messenger communication capabilities. The result is a contact centre-as- a-service solution for on-site and at-home deployment, enabling secure and compliant conversation recording and archiving as well as increased throughput and optimised first call resolution rates. “Over 140 million people worldwide use Microsoft Teams to collaborate with colleagues,” said Marcus Finn, lead developer at Solgari. “We’re delighted that Solgari Converse can now enable them to perform outbound sales, customer service and marketing activities without leaving the platform.” Solgari delivers Converse within Microsoft Teams Azure Test Drive available for Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service Barracuda has made a Test Drive available for its Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service solution on the Azure Marketplace. The Test Drive allows Microsoft Azure customers to explore the web application firewall solution and its features without a subscription or demo license. Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service is the first software-as-a- service application to be available through the program. Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service is an application security service that defends applications from the top 10 threats identified by the Open Web Application Security Project and zero-day attacks, as well as providing data leakage and unmetered distributed denial of service protection.
