Forrester evaluated the impact that Open Systems’ managed detection and response (MDR) service can have on an organisation, by interviewing the firm’s customers. Forrester found that these customers turned to Open Systems because other providers had lacked the expertise and resources needed to complete their goals, such as optimising Microsoft Azure investments. It also found quantifiable benefits of using Open Systems’ MDR service, including 174 per cent return on investment after three years, payback in less than six months and $2.53 million net present value over three years.
