I NT E R V I EW Anywhere365 offers Microsoft-native dialogue management solutions that deliver relevant customer data and powerful interaction capabilities to the entire workforce, reducing unnecessary handling of dialogues. Building on the success of the platform and its rapidly increasing global presence, Anywhere365 launched a new global Partnership Program in April 2022. The Partnership Program provides a framework for a more structured working relationship with Anywhere365, as well as benefits such as a dedicated partner team and marketing support. Since the Partnership Programwent live, Anywhere365 has successfully onboarded more than 100 partners, including Orange Business Services, Vodafone and Microsoft Teams specialist Symity. And many more are still going through the process, undergoing training, internal demonstrations and testing the deployment application programming interface environment. “We’ve had excellent feedback from the people we’re working with,” says Loira Browning, partner marketing manager at Anywhere365. “They are excited to be involved in the new workshops and sessions we’re providing and recognise the benefits of the processes and systems we’ve put in place to make it easier to do business with us. We’re really happy with the level of engagement we’ve received, both in terms of the Partnership Program itself and the workshops we’re holding.” One of the biggest benefits for partners is the opportunity to align their technical expertise and values with Anywhere365 to help customers. “Symity is now an Anywhere365 Partner of Excellence and has set up a dedicated practice,” says Chris Goodwill, modern workplace sales specialist at Symity. “For our customers, this allows close technical alignment and knowledge sharing, strategic planning, and open and honest relationships between our organisations. “We also enjoy the close and open reciprocal partnership with Anywhere365, standing together when helping customers. We don’t just do Teams, we live and breathe it, and it is clear Anywhere365 does too.
