Infosys Microsoft 365 Copilot ReadyAssist offers insights and recommendations to ensure a smooth transition. It includes a tenant evaluator, user readiness analyser, information risk assessment, persona identifier and comprehensive reporting. The solution has been built to enhance productivity, save IT workload, accelerate adoption and offer customisable rules and data-driven insights. Infosys also has a Microsoft Practice Copilot Adoption and Rollout offering to address the challenges of copilot adoption. It includes human centred design, content personalisation and adoption cycles, which are tailored to the needs and preferences of different user groups and personas. Infosys also offers flexible engagement models for one-time implementation or continuous adoption and provides dedicated or shared services for smooth integration of copilot into the customer’s ecosystem. The new app, built using Microsoft Power Apps, allows users to view product availability and sales order data to create more accurate forecasts, based on data in an enterprise resource planning system. The forecasts are vital to ensure Teijin Carbon America is able to sustain a ready supply of carbon fibre to its customers. Avalara commissioned Forrester Consulting to conduct an independent study of the total economic impact of Avalara. The research included an in-depth look at both quantifiable and subjective benefits reported by organisations when leveraging Avalara for sales tax calculations, tax returns, exemption certificate management and more. Forrester Consulting’s research discovered a composite organisation, based on six businesses with experience using Avalara, achieved a three-year 153 per cent return on investment after employing Avalara’s solution.
